Cookie Policy
This page describes the cookies and local storage technologies used by the site. The only tools always active are the technical ones needed to deliver the service you asked for. Measurement and marketing tools stay switched off until you choose to turn them on.
Necessary (technical) cookies and storage
- Authentication session: keeps you signed in as you move between pages (browser local storage managed by the authentication service)
- Cart: keeps the products you have chosen, including before you sign in
- Favourites saved on your device: lets you view your favourites even without signing in
- Language preference and interface state: remembers your chosen language and some display settings
- Payment: during checkout the payment provider may set technical and anti-fraud cookies needed to complete the transaction securely
All of these are strictly necessary and, under Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code and the Data Protection Authority's guidelines, do not require your prior consent.
Preference cookies
Language and interface preferences are stored solely to deliver the requested service and are not used for any other purpose.
Analytics and measurement cookies
With your consent we use measurement tools loaded through Google Tag Manager, which help us understand which pages are read and how the shopping journey unfolds. We collect page views, products viewed and completed orders (order reference, amount, items), never your name, email, address or phone number. While consent is withheld, these tools are not loaded at all.
Marketing cookies
With your consent we may activate, again through Google Tag Manager, third-party advertising and remarketing tools. Without your consent these tools stay off and no advertising identifier is created.
Google Tag Manager and Consent Mode
The site uses a single loading point, Google Tag Manager, together with Google Consent Mode v2: before your choice every consent category, including advertising and measurement, is set to "denied". Some data may be transferred outside the EU under the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by Google.
Consent banner and withdrawal
On your first visit a banner offers three routes: accept everything, keep only the necessary cookies, or choose category by category. Your choice is stored on your device for twelve months and you can change it any time from the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. Withdrawal applies going forward and disallowed tags stop loading.
Managing them yourself
You can always delete or block cookies and local data from your browser settings; some features, such as the cart and account access, may then stop working correctly.
