Right of Withdrawal
If you buy as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right you must inform us of your decision by an explicit statement, for example an email to info@dirosetta.com, before the 14-day period expires.

Returning the product
The product must be sent back within 14 days of communicating your withdrawal. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except where the product is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent by us.
A return is accepted when the product is in the same condition in which you received it:
- unused and unwashed
- undamaged, with no stains, odours, deformation or signs of wear
- complete with its original packaging, tags and accessories

Refund
The refund is issued within the time limits set by applicable law, using a means of payment compatible with the one used for the purchase. It may be withheld until we receive the product or you provide proof of its dispatch, whichever is earlier. We apply no administrative fees and no withdrawal penalties.
