The free-shipping threshold is calculated on the value of the goods after any discounts or promotional codes, excluding shipping costs.

All product prices include VAT; shipping costs are shown separately before the order is placed.

Orders shipped outside the European Union travel on DAP terms: import duties, taxes or local charges collected in the destination country may be charged separately to the recipient. We ship to the countries listed above, which can be selected at checkout. Collection in person is not available.

Preparation times

Every order is prepared within 10 working days of payment confirmation.

Delivery times

The times below start from dispatch and are additional to preparation times:

• Italy: 2–5 working days
• European Union: 4–10 working days
• Other destinations: delivery times vary depending on the destination and the selected carrier

These are indicative times provided by the carriers. The carrier may vary depending on the destination. You receive the tracking code as soon as your order is dispatched.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. You must communicate your decision within that period by writing to info@dirosetta.com. The product must then be returned within 14 days of that communication.

• unwashed
• undamaged
• free of stains
• free of odours
• free of deformation
• with no signs of wear
• complete with original packaging, tags and accessories

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except where the product is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent by us: in those cases we cover them. We apply no administrative fees and no withdrawal penalties.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within the time limits set by applicable law, using a means of payment compatible with the one used for the purchase, at no additional cost to you.

Defective or non-conforming products

In addition to withdrawal, the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity under the Italian Consumer Code applies. If a product is defective or different from the one ordered, write to info@dirosetta.com: we handle repair, replacement or refund with return shipping at our expense.
